J.Cole Cole World: The Sideline Story Cover x Work Out Video

J. Cole shows his love for basketball and the ladies in the eagerly-awaited video for “Work Out,” the first single from his Roc Nation debut Cole World: The Sideline Story (Sept. 27). The laid-back clip opens with the ’80s baby singing Paula Abdul’s “Straight Up” on the basketball court before grabbing the attention of some fine females passing by. He takes a liking to one girl, getting flirty with her at a party while sipping Hennessy.

The video was originally shot in L.A. in June, but was delayed because Cole wasn’t happy with the first edit that leaked and wanted to film new scenes in Brooklyn.
